Metal injection molding (MIM) is a metalworking process in which finely-powdered metal is mixed with binder material to create a "feedstock" that is then shaped and solidified using injection molding. The optimal part weight for the MIM process is recommended to be less than 100g, which gives the MIM process a cost advantage for producing expensive small, complex, high-volume products.
Based on technology accumulation for 32 years. Our company is committed to applying MIM technologies to a wide range of industrial, commercial, medical and automotive applications. At present, MIM process is mainly used in 3C electronic product industry. With the medical development, MIM technology is gradually involved in the disposable medical surgical instruments industry, and its market share is increasing year by year
The metal injection molding process might be a green technology due to the significant reduction in wastage compared to “traditional” manufacturing methods such as 5 axis CNC machining. Dimensional tolerances are generally ±0.3%. The core feature of MIM process is that the microstructure of the material is smaller and more evenly distributed, which can not only ensure the strength of the material, and also meet the requirements of precision and complex 3D structure.
Our MIM products are widely used in automobile, electronics, medical, and automotive applications, such as Endoluminal Anastomat,Camera DECO,Shift And Select Cam,Razor,Camera Hinge, etc.
