Our company pioneered and developed the water-gas combining atomization process for MIM powder production in China. Now we possessed gas atomization , water atomization , water and gas combination equipment, and can provide all kinds of stainless steel powders, low alloy steel powders, cobalt-based and nickel-based powders.
Our MIM powders have the characteristics of low oxygen content, regular morphology, high tap density, stable particle size distribution and chemical composition. The maximum weight of 5 tons per batch is convenient for customers to use. The advanced MIM evaluation laboratory can fully guarantee the consistency of product quality, and the product access to the customers recognition.
MIM powder is mainly used as raw material for metal injection molding(MIM) to make various small parts with complex structures,such as mobile phone SIM card slot, smart electronic watch shell and other products.
